How It Works
Dri-Eaz dehumidifiers operate by pulling moist air inside and blowing it across a cold evaporator core. This causes the moisture to condense into ice. To turn the condensate from ice to water, the DrizAir 1200 cycles into defrost mode every six minutes, allowing the moisture to be easily drained from the dehumidifier. A plastic drainage hose is conveniently wrapped around the air outlet on the back. The drainage hose allows users to direct the collected moisture into a bucket, out a window, or anywhere else that water can drain safely.
Straightforward Control Panel
The no-nonsense control panel of the Dri-Eaz 1200 matches its workhorse design. The touchpad control panel has a single digital display that includes on/off controls, a job hour meter, a reset function, and a purge control. Additionally, the DrizAir 1200 displays a number of status messages that keep you on top of operation. Easy to Move and Simple to Store Moving from job site to job site and storing equipment can be a real hassle. However, the semi-pneumatic wheels and sturdy stackable frame makes both of these processes much more manageable. Being able to stack two dehumidifiers on top of each other also saves valuable space during transportation and storage.
